- Heavy
plate construction and a proven design
provides accurate bends over the life
of the machine. The apron, bed, head
sides and hydraulic ram mounting has
been designed to have minimal deflection
under normal loads
- The
full tonnage delivered by clamping rams
is transferred to the head through the
trunnion bearings mounted to the side
frames. This centres the load evenly
on the sides. The load is then transferred
to the fingers which are solid one-piece
segments made of high grade carbon steel
allowing the full load of the material
being folded to be spread over an equal
area of the head. This achieves a smaller
radius and a straight edge
- Operating
controls have been developed to suit
repetitive jobs with minimum of input.
Controls can be manually operated or
by the optional EPIC NC control system,
multiple tasks may be programmed for
retrieval at a later time
