This machine has been developed for fast economical notch grinding of pipes of 16-75mm.
Features
  • Stepless right-angled and miter grinding of pipes at 30 to 90 degrees.
  • Quick action ex center clamping of round, square and flat materials.
  • Cross adjustment of the slide with threaded spindle is a standard feature.
  • Grinding belts 75 x 2000 mm are available from specialist dealers.
  • We recommend GRIT-quality grinding belts - grit 36 - impregnated for coolant use for optimal pipe connections.
  • Contact rollers are available in all sizes at short notice.
  • A standard accessory is the roller 42.4mm
  • Built-in adjustable depth end stop
  • We recommend the use of a pole reversible motor 1500/3000 1/min (2H). The 1500 1/min speed is imperative for thin-walled stainless steel pipes. This will ensure less discoloration, heat and burr on the finished article and a longer belt life.
  • Dust extraction is necessary and we recommend connection to a central dust extraction system.
