GRIT GC is a combined belt and cylindrical grinding machine for pipes and solid round bar, specifically designed for industry and fabrication shops with many diverse grinding requirements.
GRIT GC is a cylindrical grinding unit with an integrated wet grinding facility which is joined to a GRIT FLEX Belt Grinder. Through a multitude of grinding belts the GRIT GC can be used for rough grinding and polishing.

  • The Centerless Grinder comes as a complete unit and can, therefore, be used as a normal belt grinder with spark box and workplace support.
  • The connection between the center less unit and the grinder consists of only three bolts and a CE-plug.
  • The machines are supplied with belt widths of 75 and 150mm. Model GC 75 is suitable for pipes of 5-120mm dia and Model GC 150 for pipes 60-200mm dia and for miter cuts.
  • We recommend the machine with two speeds 1500/3000 1/min (2H). The speed of 1500 1/min is best suited for smaller stainless steel pipes and for the use of fleece belts.
  • Grinds all materials, including stainless steel.
  • Fast and efficient with the feeding speed infinitely variable. Pipes up to 120mm and with a length of one metre can be ground in approx 30 seconds, pipes of 120-200mm dia with lengths of one metre in approx 45 seconds.
  • Longer pipes require proper roller support.
  • All grit sizes and fleece and cork belts, can also be used.
