DRILLING / SAWING CELL - Tandem Line

The CSD & DNF series drilling machines can be combined with Daito's high-speed GT series bandsawing machines to create a Drilling / Sawing Cell. By sharing the same measuring system, the cell dramatically streamlines shop operations, reduces material handling, requires only one operator.

With competitor's drill/saw combinations, the drill cannot function while the saw is cutting. The result is a significant loss of productivity. Daito's mechanical advantage, the “X-Y positioning 3 drills” method is the answer! The three drilling spindles position freely and independently within a substantial area and all holes within that range are drilled simultaneously with the sawing. This synchronization minimizes efficiency losses and restores maximum productivity.
