X-Y Positioning 3 Drills Method

  • Three drills (left / right / top) travel in 2 dimensions while the work piece is firmly held by the vices. This original method of Daito enables unrivaled speed and accuracy.


Built-in Feed System

  • Daito feeding and measurement system (pinch roller system) is built in the drilling machine, giving Daito the advantage of having no obstacles such as the carriage of competitors systems. As a result, beams can be loaded form both side of the roller tables
  • The line extension for longer beams is quite easy unlike carriage feeders.
  • The measurement accuracy is not affected by un even roller tables
