X-Y Positioning - 3 Drill Method
The DNE-700 uses three spindles controlled by X-Y positioning; this allows drilling of both the flange and web holes independently with out flip flopping beams, channel, angle etc.
 

Daito DNE-700 with FEED-MASTER produces a maximum of over 800 tons per month, which doubles that of the competitors models that require manually flip-flopping beams.

The combination can be fitted to any customer's plan;
easily integrated into the system for further production in the future.

Simple and easy to learn control system allows for almost any operator to quickly understand, program and use the machine. The quality touch screen makes data entry both fast and efficient.

The software stores up to 16 predetermined feed lengths for faster data entry. Select the desired length by the simple
touch of the screen.
